FAQs

What is your estimated shipping time?

We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

For the US, it can take about 4-5 business days after your order has been packaged and dropped off at the post office.

International orders can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks. COVID-19 has significantly delayed international orders.

Your order is sent to the address you’ve provided us with. Unless you message us and ask us to send it elsewhere, we cannot be held responsible for lost orders. Please carefully enter your Shipping Address and triple check it before purchasing - if you notice a mistake get in touch ASAP or your order will be sent to the address you typed in.

We are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses.

Why is my package taking so long to arrive?

Although most packages are arriving on time, many packages are being delayed for reasons beyond our control. USPS is also still experiencing shipping delays due to COVID.

Please allow for extra time when planning your purchase. Thank you so, so much again for your understanding.

Occasionally, your package can mistakenly be marked delivered but actually still be at your local post office. If you are having trouble receiving packages please communicate with your local post office about deliveries to your address. Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from USPS.

How are your products made?

All products are made-to-order so once you place an order—we work with our fulfillment partners to produce it specifically for you. This requires a little more time for us to ship your order but ultimately helps us avoid overproduction & waste.

Are there any fees or import taxes at Customs

Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and/or Import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please note that we cannot alter customs or duties to a lower price. We will not respond to emails asking to lower customs/duties.

Where can I find my tracking info?

You will receive an email with the tracking information after your order has been processed.

If you don't receive a tracking email it's because your order has not yet shipped out. Or, there's a strong possibility the email was entered incorrectly in BigCartel during checkout.

Do you offer returns & exchanges?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any exchanges or returns due to COVID-19.

All sales are final at this time.
